This Refund Policy applies to purchases of LogCerts, a product operated by Nautcore Systems and sold through Paddle.com Market Limited or Paddle.com Inc ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record.

Merchant of Record

All payments, invoicing, and refund processing are handled by Paddle, which is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for LogCerts. This means your purchase is made from Paddle, and Paddle is responsible for payment processing and refunds.

Right to Request a Refund

If you are a consumer, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right to request a refund, you must submit your request within the 14-day period.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed by Paddle using the original payment method.

You will not be charged any fees for receiving a refund.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles. Cancellation does not retroactively refund previous payments unless required by applicable law or approved by Paddle.

Consumer Protection

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If the product is faulty, not as described, or cannot be provided, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with applicable law.
