Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using LogCerts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Description of Service
LogCerts is a certificate management application that allows you to store, organize, and track your certificates and their expiration dates. We provide reminder notifications to help you stay informed about upcoming expirations.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You may not share your account credentials with others
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise system security
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Use the service to store illegal or fraudulent documents
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
OCR & Document Scanning Usage
LogCerts provides optical character recognition (OCR) and document scanning features to help you extract certificate information automatically. These features are subject to fair usage limits:
- OCR and scanning features are intended for personal certificate management
- Automated, bulk, or excessive usage is prohibited
- We reserve the right to limit or suspend access to OCR features for accounts showing abnormal usage patterns
- Accounts that abuse OCR services may be subject to temporary restrictions or permanent suspension
- Usage limits may vary based on your subscription plan
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload to LogCerts. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it back to you as part of the service. We do not claim ownership of your certificates or personal documents.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time. You are responsible for tracking your certificate expirations independently. LogCerts is a convenience tool and should not be your sole method of tracking important dates.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted according to our data retention policy.
Refund Policy

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the application or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Intellectual Property
The LogCerts name, logo, branding, user interface design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of Nautcore Systems. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nautcore Systems operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
